Three Hours, Fifty-Five minutes...
That's how much sleep I got last night.
My Garmin told me my training readiness was 1.
That's not ideal.
I head into the facility at 4 am still.
My mind wanders everywhere, thinking about what strategy I should use today.
Should I continue with the same training session this morning or bail so I can be ready for the evening?
I decide to modify the session. I can't bring myself to a full stop.

Today is Opening Day so I put the game on and jump on the bike.
I have an hour interval ride. It feels good. The heart rate is steady. My mind clears.
This is exactly what I need...
