Day 13 - The Last Day of Spring

Moods are high...

The last day of Spring Training has arrived.

After 7 weeks of 3:45 am wake up, 12-16 hour days, and too much stress to account for, we have arrived at the finish.

This is only the start of the season, but it's the finish of the starting sprint.

No endurance training scheduled today, just a morning training session where we finish the Spring with arms.

An old school arm farm day for a meathead like me brings an intense amount of happiness.

It brings me back to when I first started training in high school. When workouts came from the back of a Muscle & Fitness.

The music is loud, the vibes are good, and the pump is heavy.

Tonight we are celebrating my wife's birthday with friends on a tiki boat.

Drinks will be drank, fun will be had, and more importantly, stress will be reduced.

I get back to endurance training tomorrow, but for today, we rest.
