About last night...

We had fun last night.

Maybe a little bit too much fun.

That won't get in the way of training though.

Maybe just training in the morning.

It's 6pm and I finally get on my bike for an hour of intervals.

A lot of Zone 3 work on the docket today. Shouldn't take me long to get there with my elevated heart rate.

And it doesn't.

Not much to talk about today but getting it done.

Then let's move on to the next one...
