Day 15 - Two Weeks Down

Deloading this week...
I've hit a deload week in the strength training.
What has been a pretty intense 5 weeks of hypertrophy training, now let's off the pedal a bit for a week.
Gym sessions this week should only take around 25 minutes per day. 4-5 sessions.
The endurance training is continuing to progress a bit, but today is a lighter run.
My foot has been having a little bit of discomfort, with soreness showing up laterally.
Nothing that is going to stop me though.
The run starts slow, then I decide I want to pick up the pace.
For some reason today I just want to run and let the HR tell me to walk.
I set a nice pace and perform intervals for a bit.
25 minutes is up in no time and I finish with my cooldown.
The weather is nice tonight. I'm enjoying being outside more.
This is starting to make me happy...
