Day 16 - Long Days

Doubled Up...

Today at work and hit both of our facilities.

That means that I'm driving home around 6:30pm.

I still have a swim and a weight training session to go.

I get home and decide only one is going to happen.

The swim can't be rushed, plus I have some swim fins coming to help me train.

Looks like we just weight train tonight.

Dumbbell only work...
