Day 24 - Leaving on a Jet Plane

And just like that...
We're back to a travel day.
A solid weight room training session, half a day of meetings, then I bounce.
Going to work some lower body training today in the weight room.
Cautiously as the hip and back are still upset at me.
I say cautiously, but it isn't too long before I am taking sets to failure.
Just can't help myself.
It feels good to exhaust the lower half, even as my hip screams.
Crushing myself has always been a strength of mine.
And a weakness.
Meetings fire off quick and the pace sprints through the next three hours.
A quick lunch downstairs and I'm in an uber getting ready to catch another flight.
It was a good trip from a work perspective.
Neutral with my training.
Next week I travel again and can work out some kinks...
