Day 37 - Beach Biking

The Beach Island Loop...
Is what I've selected from the Zwift courses today.
Nice and flat, nice and smooth. Let's see if we can be nice and fast.
I start a little slow, no warm-up today even though I needed one.
Let's just complete the loop and see where it takes us.
Heavy upper body session this morning and the triceps are feeling it a bit as I lean on the handlebars.
I have Zwift running on my phone today, the large TV playing a YouTube video of ultrarunning.
That sport is fascinating to me.
Mental fortitude in full form is always fascinating to me.
Today though, I am just on a short bike.
I get the heart rate up into Zone 2, then stick it there for awhile as I bike.
22 minutes in and the course is complete.
I debate doing more but decide to pass as I am training some lower body volume in the morning.
It's progress again. It's slow, but it's progress...
