Day 4 - OFF Day Vibes

Well, not fully off...

So we come to an off day in the training program. An off day from endurance training that is.

The alarm goes off at 3:47 am and I immediately snooze it.

3:57 am

Snooze again.

Finally, the 4:07 am alarm goes off and Killing in the Name by Rage Against the Machine fills my bedroom.

My calves feel tight as my feet hit the tropical rug that sits under our bed.

While this could be discouraging for some, it excites me.

I'm training for something again.

A quick stop at 7/11 on my way to the weight room allows me to pick up a Sour Ropes BANG and provides my brain with the caffeine it needs.

Now on to another upper body pull focused day.

It feels good to be training through fatigue again.
