Day 40 - Pump Day
MY JOURNEY

The Iron Speaks to me...
Some days.
Mostly it tells me to "Do More" or "Load Heavier", but today it is saying none of those things.
Today the Iron and I are in a dance where both partners seem to share the same brain.
The weights go on the bar without hesitation, the stack is set perfectly each time, and the training is pushing me to failure.
Back and Bi day seems to fluctuate for me. Some days it's a grueling session to complete, my surgically repaired shoulder burning where the biceps tendon and labrum were repaired. Reminding me of the anchors that were put in to hold it together.
But today isn't one of those days.
The weighted chin-ups feel smooth and my lats seem to be playing along, stretching out to full length prior to the initiation of upward momentum.
Moving on to pullovers next, the rib cage getting expanded with a full inhalation at the bottom of the movement.
Then we move to timed sets of rows and pulldowns before finishing with a tri-set of rear delt, bicep, and trap work.
The pump feels great today...
