Day 43 - No Endurance Work Today

Let's Torch Legs...
Early rise to head to work today. I'm finally catching up on the weird sleep schedule that comes with the travel.
For reference, this is typically how my year goes from Mid-April to Mid-September:
Week 1 - Up at 4:30 to bed around 10
Week 2 - Up at 7:30 to bed around Midnight
Rinse and repeat until the months are complete.
My Garmin is pretty confused all of the time.
So is my HRV.
Anyways, let's get to leg day.
A quick warm-up to get through some tightness and we are on to some pre-exhaust sets.
First hamstrings, then quads, finally heading to go squat.
Working up here to a set to failure at the 6-8 rep range.
Gassing out around 315 today. The legs are tired.
I finish with some hip and low back work before grabbing my post-training shake.
Feels good to feel tired...
