Day 48 - Travel...Again...

Here we go again...

I'm thinking as I head back to the airport.

Work has me on the move again and I hail a car from outside the hotel.

Funny I still think of it as "hailing" when I am simply just punching some text into a digital box.

The car arrives, and I load up my luggage. The airport is about 35 minutes away so I have plenty of time to talk with my driver.

Pretty good sleep last night according to my Garmin. Just over 7 hours. That's an anomaly for me.

Today should be an easy one, direct flight back home. Back to sunny Florida.

The flight goes off without a hitch and I grab my bag at the claim.

It seems that Sarasota gets more crowded with every return flight I am on, but today it is nearly empty.

I guess the heat is starting to spook people.

Walking outside into the humidity feels great, it's something you don't realize you miss until you are up North.

My wife pulls around the curve in my truck, my dog hanging out the window ready to shower me in kisses.

It's great to be back home...
