The Importance of Sleep...

Cannot be understated.

It can be the best performance enhancer for your training, or your worst enemy.

This is what I tell my athletes, but I need to tell myself.

Not only was my bloodwork affected by my stress and training, but also because I am a terrible sleeper.

It's not that I can't sleep. I can.

It's more that I don't actually get to bed early enough to get the hours in that I need.

This is something I have to fix.

Last night I slept for over 8 hours.

I feel great and the only thing on my schedule is a light weight training session this evening.

The day flies by and I am soon banging out some dumbbell work in our home gym.

It feels good to feel good...
