Day 61 - Summer Strong Day 2

I Slept...

In this morning.

No training for me today. Just some stretching and soft tissue work before heading into Day 2 of the event.

My back is still bothering me a bit and judging by what I am seeing in the mirror my hips are slightly off.

That's okay, though, because nothing is ruining the vibes.

We get to the facility a bit earlier today, around 7:45am and are welcomed by the same positivity we saw yesterday.

Cruising through some vendors, we grab some bars (Max Effort Muscle Bars are elite) and some hydration.

I'm still sticking to my morning shake and bypassing the breakfast being offered.

This allows me to have some calories for libations later on if I see fit!

We find our seats for the speakers, a full lineup today, and the notes are filling up yet again.

Speakers, lunch, speakers, break.

The day finishes with the squat and deadlift party.

An all-out assault on new PRs for those participating and the energy is unreal.

This is old-school strength work and reminds you of how you got here.

There is so much I can write about today but to be honest, sitting back at the hotel I am exhausted.

Exhausted, but my cup is full...
